Sunlight fills the plaza while a warm breeze causes intricate arboreal shadows to dance upon sandstone paving slabs. The sound of traffic is distant, the only other sound being that of bird song and the occasional clip or scuff of footwear, although this not often.

I’ve arrived early so I can assess the surroundings, pick a suitable location and set up my equipment.

They’ll sit at a table below; he’ll tell her a hit’s been taken out on him, she’ll act shocked.

She tells enough white lies to ice a wedding cake.

I’ll take him out, leave no trace.
