Night Lightning #1

Lightning lit up the robed figure as it chanted in the torrential rain, arms raised above its head.

“We forget not our sacred charge in century lost.”

The ground shuddered, cracks appeared in the earth.

    Reminds me of that scene in Harry Potter of Voldemort calling back all his minions by making that sign in the sky. Something like that. Has a creepy evil return of the dark lord feel to it. 🙂

    Uh-oh. Shuddering ground followed by cracks usually isn’t good…especially when a robed figure is chanting in the rain!
